Real texture you can feel – Bubble-free installation

Forget about cheap "carbon prints" that look like a checkered tablecloth. Hexis HX30 is a cast vinyl with a genuine 3D texture on the surface. When you run your finger over it, you can feel the ridges. This creates a play of light and depth that is very close to real carbon fiber.

This film is developed for full vehicle wrapping, but is used just as often to freshen up interior trims, motorcycle parts, or electronics.

Why you should choose this film for your project:


  • Cast Quality: Unlike cheap films, this vinyl is cast. This means it is soft and pliable. When heated with a heat gun, it can be stretched around corners and curved surfaces (e.g., wing mirrors) without popping back up later.

  • Air Channels (Bubble-free): The adhesive features invisible air channels (HEX'Press technology). This means you won't trap air bubbles under the film. You simply smooth them out with your thumb or a squeegee. This allows anyone to achieve a professional result.

  • Protects the Paint: The film is 150µm thick (heavier than standard vinyl). This provides good protection against stone chips and scratches on the original paintwork underneath.

  • Lease-friendly: Returning a leased car? The film can be heated and peeled off again without leaving stubborn adhesive residue (on original paintwork).
