Terms of Sale and Delivery

Sale of physical products through the web.

The purchase conditions are applicable to the purchases of products made by consumers at


Payment can be made using the following methods: VISA/Dankort, MasterCard, Visa Electron, and Paypal.
When paying with Mastercard Debit or VISA Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved in your account according to the conditions of your card until we make or reject the payment.
The amount will be withdrawn when the product is shipped.
If several products are ordered in one order and one or more of the products cannot be delivered immediately, we will only withdraw the payment for these products when they are shipped.


We offer to deliver products to addresses in EU.
The products will be delivered from 1 to 15 working days after your order. See more details on individual products.
We offer the following delivery methods: GLS to address or GLS collection point.

Right of Withdrawal

You can cancel your purchase without reason within 14 days. If you have purchased several products in one order, you can choose to cancel the purchase of some or all of the products. See about the refund of shipping costs in case of partial cancellation in the section "Refund of money when withdrawing".
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person you have chosen (who is not the carrier) physically receive the product.
If you have ordered several products in one order and we cannot deliver the products at the same time, the withdrawal period begins when you physically receive the last product.
If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for products that have been made according to your specifications or that have a clear personal character, such as custom vinyl, vinyl texts and logos, stickers, posters, banners, and other products where you send a specific file for printing or cutting, or enter specific messurements.

How to Withdraw

You cannot withdraw simply by rejecting the product or not picking it up without at the same time informing that you withdraw.
You can use the standard withdrawal form provided by law, which is reproduced at the end of these terms of sale and delivery, but it is not mandatory.
The withdrawal period is considered met if you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Return of the Product and Return Costs

If you have withdrawn from the purchase of a product, you must send the product to, c/o, Refsvindinge byvej 3, 5853 Ørbæk, Denmark without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. The deadline is considered met if you return the products before the 14 days have expired.
Products cannot be sent cash on delivery or without delivery.
You must pay for the return of the product yourself.

Refund of Money When Withdrawing

When you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs. However, this does not include additional costs if you have chosen a form of shipping that is more expensive than the cheapest form of shipping that we offer.
If you have purchased several products in one order and only withdraw from part of your purchase, we will not refund the shipping costs.
We will make such a refund without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products, or until you have provided evidence that the products have been returned.
We will carry out the refund using the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged fees as a result of the refund.

Condition of the Product When Returning and Packaging

You are only responsible for any decrease in the value of the product due to handling of the product other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
In addition, you must ensure that the product is properly packaged when you return it. You assume the risk of the package/products until we receive them. Therefore, keep the shipping receipt and, if possible, the tracking number.

Claims - If Something is Wrong with the Product

If the product has defects or if we have made a mistake in your order, the rules of the purchase law apply. You can choose between having the defect repaired, the product exchanged, a price reduction, or the agreement rescinded in relevant cases according to the rules of the Danish Civil Code. You must submit your complaint within a "reasonable" time after you have discovered the defect. As a consumer, you generally have a 24-month warranty.

As a basic requirement for submitting a complaint, the product or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least €1,110 and no more than €100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must be at least €720. The amount limits may change. You will have to pay a fee for the complaint to be processed.
