Why do I have to pay in advance — can I pay by invoice?

All orders are paid in advance by card, PayPal or Klarna. We don't offer payment by invoice.
When everyone pays upfront, we can keep our bookkeeping and admin to a minimum — and we pass those savings on to you through lower prices.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery time depends on the product: film by the metre 1–5 working days · vinyl lettering 1–5 working days · stickers, banners and exhibition gear 5–10 working days. Larger orders may take a little longer. We ship your order from Denmark as quickly as possible.

I chose wrong / want to change my order — what do I do?

Message us as soon as possible. An order that's already in production can't be changed, but if we catch it in time, we'll help you correct it.

Do you check my order before it goes into production?

Yes. Our graphics team reviews every single order. If we spot anything in your file or measurements that should be corrected, we'll contact you — we never put anything into production without your approval. So you can complete your purchase with confidence, even if you're unsure about your file.
